ACT MAIN STAGE THEATRE 

Sally Riggs Insalaco Theater

Our mainstage theatre offers a versatile environment for both traditional performances and creative event layouts.

The Sharon Heflin Performing Arts Center

ACT II is an intimate and highly flexible black box venue ideal for immersive performances, cabarets, workshops, private events, receptions, and community gatherings.

  • Standard performance seating: up to 80 guests

  • Standing reception/event capacity: up to 150 guests

  • Cabaret-style seating: 60–70 guests

  • Seated dinner setup: 50–60 guests

Rental rates vary based on event needs, staffing requirements, technical support, setup complexity, and duration. Below is an overview of starting rental rates.

ACT Main Stage

Monday–Wednesday

  • Private & Commercial Events: starting at $1,200

  • Community & Nonprofit Organizations: starting at $1,000

 

Thursday–Sunday

  • Private & Commercial Events: starting at $1,500

  • Community & Nonprofit Organizations: starting at $1,200

ACT II

Monday–Wednesday

  • Private & Commercial Events: starting at $800

  • Community & Nonprofit Organizations: starting at $500

 

Thursday–Sunday

  • Private & Commercial Events: starting at $600

  • Community & Nonprofit Organizations: starting at $700

Lobby

  • Private & Commercial Events: starting at $500

  • Community & Nonprofit Organizations: starting at $400

Rental Package Includes

  • Access between 9:00 AM–10:00 PM to the following spaces:

    • Theatre, including backstage and dressing rooms

    • Both lobbies including video monitors

    • Full or partial stage wash/fill with one special

  • Standard audio package:

    • One microphone with stand

ACT offers a wide selection of additional services. Additional service, prices, rental policies, staffing requirements, and technical details are provided during the booking process.

When you rent with ACT, your event also helps support arts education, artist development, and community-based programming throughout Central Arkansas.
