Our Theatre Arts Education programs offer engaging, supportive classes for young performers and adults at every stage of their creative journey. Through acting, singing, dance, movement, storytelling, and music, students develop confidence, strengthen their skills, and discover their unique artistic voices.

Led by experienced teaching artists, our classes emphasize creativity, collaboration, and practical performance skills in a welcoming environment. From elementary students discovering the joy of musical theatre to high school performers preparing for auditions and adults looking to expand their technique, there’s an opportunity for everyone to learn, grow, and connect through the performing arts.​

ACTing Up

Open to students ages 8–18 (rising 3rd–12th graders), ACTing Up offers a supportive, energizing environment where performers and creators of all experience levels can thrive.

Join us for three exciting weeks of exploring the world of theatre through acting, singing, and storytelling. Guided by professional teaching artists, students will build their skills, collaborate with new friends, and discover exciting ways to express their creativity.

Acting for Film & TV
September 16 - October 21
ACT is excited to partner alongside Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts (AMFA) and ACS for Night School: Acting for Film + Television.
The fifth session of ACS’ Acting for Film + Television will focus on learning the intricacies of acting for the screen. Students will learn character work, scene study, script analysis, and additional performance techniques, as well as discussing the business aspects of film and TV. ACT Artist Director, Coburn Goss will be the Acting for Film + Television’s instructor for the 2026 session.
The course is designed for people with some acting experience, whether on stage or in short or feature films.
