The ACT Flex Pass is designed to give you freedom and choice throughout the season. Your Flex Pass allows you to select 5 of the 7 productions (any 3 Mainstage and any 2 ACT II productions) in the 2027 Season.

Flex Pass purchases are final and are not refundable or cancelable.

Each Flex Pass includes five admissions total for the 2027 Season. These admissions may be used for five different productions in the season (any 3 Mainstage and any 2 ACT II productions). Flex Passes may not be used to obtain multiple tickets for the same production.
If you do not use all five Flex Pass admissions, the remaining tickets expire at the end of the 2027 Season and cannot be rolled over, refunded, or credited toward future productions or seasons.

We know plans change, and we are happy to assist with exchanging your ticket into another performance of the same production, subject to availability.

Flex Pass benefits apply only to productions in the 2027 Season and have no cash value.
